Join me in a 7 day No Sugar Challenge!

After 7 days, you will feel different. Some will lose a bit of weight, others will notice significantly less sugar cravings and urges.

The challenge is simple. Do not eat sugar or flour!

Wait? Did I just say no flour too?

Flour does the same thing as sugar. They both raise Insulin. If you are looking to lose weight, we need to keep your insulin low.

Keep it simple.

Eat vegetables, meat, full fat dairy, eggs, nuts, olive oil, and avocados.

When you eat whole nutritious foods, you will feel satisfied and you won’t crave sugar and flour.

And, it’s totally normal that will crave the sugar and flour the first few days…but, cravings are just suggestions. Not demands.

Decide right now with your Pre-Frontal Cortex to take a break from sugar and flour for 7 days.

Your primitive brain will try to argue with you. Kindly tell your brain that it is only 7 days, you’ll be fine.
