Weight Loss does not come from physical fitness in the short term.

Yes, if you remain physically active this will HELP you maintain your leaner body.

We want to believe that our lack of consistent physical fitness is the reason why we have gained weight.

I get it, our work schedule makes regular physical activity a tad bit more challenging. BUT, it really is NOT why you have gained weight and it is not the weight loss solution you are looking for.

The reason why I PUSH physical activity is because it helps with stress reduction, improved sleep, improved mood, and reduces your risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and Alzheimers.

Let’s go to that “worst case scenario” if you don’t start trying to lose weight and become more physically active???

You might end up in the back of a helicopter getting flown to the nearest PCI Center….or Stroke Center…

Consider this a “fork in the road”….you can continue on your current path, or you start making small changes so you don’t end up being a patient in the back of the AC.

Start where you are at….making small incremental changes every day will add up to amazing results that will last!
